In this role, you'll be the key link between operations, customer service, accounting, and drivers by ensuring load documentation is accurate, complete, and processed on time. What You'll Do:
As a Load Document Coordinator, you'll help ensure drivers are paid correctly and customers are billed accurately by:
- Reviewing, verifying, and auditing load documents to keep loads current and accurate
- Validating documentation for customer billing and driver settlements
- Collaborating with Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to gather and verify information
- Responding to driver and internal team inquiries via phone and email regarding settlements and documentation
- Applying company policies and procedures to support accurate billing and settlement decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Post-secondary education, or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, billing, administrative support, or a detail-focused office environment preferred
- Basic understanding of administrative, billing, and accounting processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset

Work Environment:
- Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and multiple monitors

Compensation & Benefits:
- The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $20.00 - $24.00. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
